   FREE RETURN SHIPPING

World Medical Warehouse pays the cost of  return shipping  in the case of shipping damage or if the item is inoperable upon delivery and/or up to 30 days thereafter .  All Other returns within 30 days (of customer delivery) are accepted with the customer paying the return shipping cost. There are specific steps that the customer must complete in order to take advantage of the free return shipping benefit. If there is shipping damage then you must note that on the paperwork the transport driver presents for you to sign at delivery. Simply hand write "Damaged" in large print anywhere on the page where your signature is required. We pay for insurance on every shipment. The notation of damage is absolutely essential for the claim.  Secondly, the Item must be in the same condition you received it with the original packaging.  If the item is being returned because it is inoperable (within 30 days of delivery) these are the steps that must be taken to receive the FREE RETURN SHIPPING benefit. A video of the item showing the actual attempt to operate the product. The item must be returned in the condition it was received with the original packaging. Once the item is received back we will inspect the product to verify that it is in it's original packaging and  that it is in the condition the customer received it and that it has not been damaged or abused by the customer.  If the criteria is confirmed for the  free return benefit then the customer will be sent another identical product or the same product with extra features or a full refund. This is at the discretion of World Medical Warehouse.  If an item is returned with the customer paying the return shipping but it is not in the condition the customer received it in then a prorated refund will be issued based on the cost of repairs required to bring the item back to the condition that the customer received it in .

Purchaser understands and accepts that they are responsible to test, calibrate, adjust if necessary (by a professional if necessary) and verify the functionality of this equipment before it is put into service.  Furthermore the Purchaser states, agrees and accepts that the Seller is in no way responsible for any liability that may arise from this item being in service.  The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller against any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, demands, costs and expenses of every kind and nature. 

The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not attempt to purchase this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If it is determined that purchaser is not an authorized purchaser then the order will be canceled.
